General Repairs & Maintenance................14%
Grounds Maintenance...............................3%
Strata Management.................................14%
Utilities - Electricity/Gas/Water..................25%
There are obviously variations to these figures, for example larger area grounds create higher maintenance costs as do underground car-parks with exhaust fans running continuously.
